Description: 《Z源逆变器光伏并网系统模型及电路参数设计》 摘要:建立了Z 源逆变器光伏并网系统的小信号模型,定量分析了光伏模块输出电压动态性能与主电路各参数间的 关系。光伏模块输出电压的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制与系统采样平均周期关系密切,而采样平均周期又受主电路 无源元件参数大小的影响。定量分析小信号模型建立了各部分之间的传递函数,这对选择MPPT 控制采样平均周期 和主电路参数优化设计起到了关键性指导作用。实验证明了理论分析的正确性和该模型的实用性。 关键词:逆变器/ 分布式发电; 光伏模块; 最大功率点跟踪; 小信号建模-Modeling of Z-source Inverter Photovoltaic System and its Main Circuit Design TIAN Guo-sheng1, TIAN Yan-bing2, DING Xin-ping2, ZHANG Min2 (1.Liaoning Technical University, Huludao 125105, China; 2.Qingdao Technological University, Qingdao 266520, China) Abstract:This paper focus on the small-signal modeling of the Z-source inverter (ZSI) photovoltaic generation system and its main circuit design.The small-signal modeling of ZSI photovoltaic generation system is set up,and the transfer functions of the input voltage-to-shoot-through duty cycle and capacitor voltage-to-control are analyzed.The sample average period plays an important role in photovoltaic generation maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control,while it is influenced by main circuit parameters including input capacitor,Z-source network capacitors and inductors.Thus,the quantitative analysis in those parameters is the design guideline for the main circuit and sample average period.The experiment carried on prototype

Description: 单相准Z 源逆变器及其SVPWM 控制策略研究 冷志伟, 齐琛, 陈希有 (大连理工大学,辽宁大连116024) 摘要:主要研究了一种新型拓扑结构的Z 源逆变器,即单相准Z 源逆变器。分析了其等效电路及其运行状态,并将空 间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术应用到单相准Z 源逆变器中,着重分析了调制的基本原理并给出了单相准Z 源逆变 器基于SVPWM 的控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明,相对常规Z 源逆变器,准Z 源逆变器能够有效抑制启动冲击电 流,显著降低Z 源网络中电容器件的电压应力,从而节省整体成本、增强了系统可靠性。 关键词:逆变器;空间矢量脉宽调制;单相-Research on Single Phase Quasi-Z-source Inverter with SVPWM Control Strategy LENG Zhi-wei, QI Chen, CHEN Xi-you (Dalian University of Techology,Dalian 116024,China) Abstract:This paper mainly develops a novel topology,which is called quasi-Z-source inverter(QZSI),derived from the traditional Z-source inverter(ZSI).The equivalent circuit and operating principle analysis are given and the space-vector PWM technique is applied into single phase QZSI(spQZSI),the basic modulation principle and control strategy of spQZSI based SVPWM are showed.The simulation and experimental results indicate the presented QZSI has merits of suppress the inrush current and remarkable lower component voltage ratings,thus save the entirety costs and strength the system reliabilities.
